Berkeley Film Foundation presents a screening and panel at The New Parkway. Berkeley city council and mayor will be in attendance. After the screening, former state senator Loni Hancock, former vice-mayor Carole Kennerly, former city council member Ying Lee, and former district director for Barbara Lee, Roberta Black, will be part of a panel focusing on creating coalitions to effect political change.
